How do I place an order?

Online Ordering - use our convenient shopping cart. Feel free to add items and remove items. You can check the shipping after each change to the cart by entering your zip code in the shipping calculator on the checkout page.

Phone Orders - Use our customer service button on the right to chat with us while we are online or leave us a message if we are offline. Or call us at (800)865-3127 between 10 AM and 5 PM PST and we will be happy to take your order.

Fax Orders - Fax your order to (800)865-3127. Our fax is located in our private office and is dedicated to receiving orders. Your info will be secure.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit Cards: - VISA, MC, American Express, and Discover (Novus)

PayPal: - Click the logo on the right to see our verification and read the Buyer Protection Guarantee.

Personal Checks and Money Orders: - ersonal checks may hold up a shipment for 14 days unless we have done business with you before. Please make out checks (of all types) to Fun Collections.

How do I cancel or change an order?

Best way to contact us is through email or use our customer service button on the right. Once an order has been shipped we are not able to cancel it. However you can return it using our return guidelines. If you need to change a shipping address and the order has already shipped, we may be able to do this if it was shipped by UPS. Otherwise, as long as you contact us before the order ships, we will be happy to make changes (including adding or removing items, changing shipping or billing info, adding a message) or cancel the order.

What if I want to send a gift?

As you checkout you will see a place on the Ship to Address page where you can indicate a date you need the delivery by as well as a place to enter a gift message. When we see a message has been entered, we will include a packing slip without prices as well as a handwriitten card with your message.
