Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the date of receipt.
All returns and exchanges must be initiated by using our Return Form. A Return Authorization Number and Return Shipping Label will be generated to help you with your return. Returns or exchanges are only honored on items purchased at Fun Collections.
Shipping Charges on Returns: The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns or exchanges unless the reason for the return is a damaged item or wrong item shipped. Note: If your order was originally shipped free, we will refund the cost of the item less our cost of shipping unless the reason for the return is a damaged item or wrong item shipped.
Refund Processing: Once the returned item(s) is received, the refund will be processed within 7-14 days. Refunds will be applied back to the credit card or PayPal account that was used in the transaction or upon request, may be applied to a Fun Collection gift certificate. Refunds for payments made by check or money orders will be applied to a Fun Collection gift certificate.
Defective or Wrong Item Received: Before initiating a return with the form below, please email or call us at (800) 865-3127 to report a problem with your order. We will evalutate the situation and determine if a return is necessary.
