Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the US if you order $125 or more (before taxes or shipping is applied to the order).  This offer does not apply to shipping addresses outside of the United States.  Partial shipments do not qualify for free shipping if the items that ship are less than $125.  In this case, you may choose to have us hold your order and ship it complete once the backordered items are available again.    


How do you ship?

UPS Ground (most economical for heavier weight orders and takes 2 - 6 business days depending on your area), 3 Day UPS and 2 Day UPS. UPS offers full point to point tracking and insurance (up to $100) at no additional charge.You can view the transit times for UPS here.

US Postal Service offers Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days depending on your area. This is a good service to choose for small orders and includes tracking. Also if you are shipping to PO Box, APO, FPO, Hawaii and Alaska addresses, your order must be shipped by US Postal Service Priority Mail.

Note - We reserve the right to choose an alternate shipping method though we guarantee that the shipping charge will not increase from the quote you receive in your order confirmation. 


What are your shipping rates?

The shipping rate is determined by an estimate of the weight of your order and how far it has to travel. We use real time rate calculators provided by the US Post Office and UPS. You will see the shipping cost as you checkout and before you finalize the order.


What about International Shipping Rates?

Our Free Shipping offer does not apply to international orders. Priority Mail International orders are shipped airmail by the US Postal Service and usually takes 5 to 10 days from the time that your order is shipped but we have seen longer shipping times for various countries. Only the USPS Express Mail International (EMS) service is tracked and insured. 
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for lost packages sent to addresses outside of the U.S. Some countries will charge an import tax on merchandise valued over a certain amount. We fill our the custom forms accurately, indicating the value and that the package contains merchandise. We also include an invoice in the package. So if this is a concern for you, verify the amount that would incur import tax and shop accordingly. We are not responsible for any import tax that is billed to you in your country.


How soon do you ship after you receive payment?

We do our best to ship within 3 - 5 days after receiving payment (money orders, credit cards, PayPal) not counting weekends and holidays. This assumes also that all your items are in stock at the time that the order is placed. Personal checks may hold up your order as we reserve the right to hold you order until your check clears. If you are working with a deadline then please let us know so we can expedite your order if possible. You can include a note in the comment field as you check out.

Split Shipments: If an item is out of stock but we are expecting that item within the next two weeks, we will hold your order until it can be shipped complete. If you request a split shipment (in-stock shipped now and out-of-stock shipped later) an additional shipping charge may be incurred.


How do I track my order?

If you created an account, you can login to see your tracking information. When orders are shipped, we email you a tracking number.
